Change Your Payment Method
Overview
If your card has expired, been replaced, or you'd simply prefer to use a different payment method, you can update your payment details at any time without interrupting your subscription.
Your updated payment method will be used for all future subscription payments across your PaTMa products.
Updating Your Payment Method
To get started, log in to your account and open Your Profile using the account icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the left-hand menu, select Change Card.

On the Change Card page, select Enter Payment Details.

This will open our secure payment form where you can enter your new payment information.
Depending on your location, available payment methods may include:
- Credit and debit cards
- Google Pay
- Bancontact
- iDEAL
Once you've entered your payment details, complete the checkout process and select Confirm Payment Details.

If the update is successful, your previous payment method will be replaced automatically and all future subscription payments will be taken from the new payment method.
If there is a problem with the payment details provided, you'll be given the opportunity to review the information and try again.
Payment Security
All payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe.
PaTMa does not store your full card details and our team cannot view your complete card number.
Things to Know
Only one payment method can be stored on your account at any time.
If you subscribe to multiple PaTMa products, the same payment method will be used for all active subscriptions linked to your account.
