How to change payment card

Follow the steps below to update the card used for subscription payments charged by PaTMa.

Please note that PaTMa does not hold any card or payment details directly, instead these are held by our payment processor - Stripe.

This process will update (replace) the card details held by Stripe for your subscriptions. Only one card can be stored per account and will be charged for all subscriptions you have (Property Manager and Property Prospector).

  • Enter your profile page (top right menu, then "Profile")
  • Click "Change card" in the left hand menu
  • Enter new card details in the form provided
  • Click the "Change card" button
