No. As a business product, API pricing is shown excluding VAT.
Yes. Account cancellation is available online and takes immediate effect. I'm afraid we do not provide a refund for any unused period of pre-paid subscription.
We do have rate limits in place, to protect the service for all customers. The rate limit is low for trial accounts and much higher for subscribers. Please see our API documentation for the current limits.
