End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is for the use of internal software by authorized internal users (User) at Pither Technologies Ltd.

1. License Grant: Provider grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for internal business operations.
2. Restrictions: User shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software to external third parties.
3. Data Access: By using the software, User authorizes the software to access QuickBooks Online data via the Intuit API.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty: The software is provided "as is" without any warranty.
5. Termination: This license is effective until terminated by the Provider or upon the cessation of the User's employment/contract.
