Property and tenant manager was created by Simon Pither, a technologist and landlord.

PaTMa grew out of the desire to improve on spreadsheets, making the data and flow more suitable to the task. The first code for PaTMa was written in 2009 for Simon's personal use. Over time it developed into a well rounded set of landlord software tools and was released to the wider property community in 2017.

Simon has been both a property and computer enthusiast since childhood. He used a career in computing to start his landlord journey in 2002. You'll find him most comfortable at a computer screen, either writing code or browsing properties! Having launched Property and Tenant Manager in 2017 he now splits his time between property, coding and trying to learn marketing.
