Many people have discovered PaTMa and our property management software via the PaTMa Property Insights browser extension, one of our excellent online tools that we provide to help give you further insight when you're looking for property deals.

This easily accessible tool integrates with your browser to offer deeper insights into the properties you view. It provides essential context, detailed information, and estimations for expected yield and ROI, helping you find the next best property deal.

How To Access

While the free extension is accessible to everyone, it is limited without a PaTMa account and will only show the price history of a property.

If you sign up for a free PaTMa account, you will get access to our two-week free trial. This includes full access to both our Deal Finder and Property Management software, representing the two sides of PaTMa: helping you find property and helping you manage it.

With the two-week free trial, you will gain access to the full browser extension, which also links to your Deal Finder account. This means any properties you find online can be saved directly to your account.

Browser Extension Plus is included with Deal Finder packages. However, the standalone £4 per month Browser Extension Plus subscription does not include Deal Finder; it is limited to only expanding the browser tool.
