Whether you're researching your next buy-to-let or comparing investment opportunities, the extension helps you analyse properties without leaving the page.
Access & Subscription Options
The Browser Extension is free to install and can be used without a PaTMa account, although functionality is limited to viewing property price history.
Creating a free PaTMa account unlocks a two-week trial of Browser Extension Plus, Deal Finder and Property Manager.
During your trial, you'll gain access to enhanced property analysis and the ability to save properties directly into Deal Finder.
Browser Extension vs Deal Finder
The Browser Extension and Deal Finder are separate products.
Browser Extension Plus enhances supported property websites with additional property insights and is included with all Deal Finder subscriptions.
The standalone Browser Extension Plus subscription (£4 per month) does not include access to Deal Finder.

For the full feature of Browser Extension Plus to accessible you must ensure you're logged into your PaTMa account on the browser you are accessing it from.
Browser Extension Plus is included with Deal Finder packages. However, the standalone Browser Extension Plus subscription does not include Deal Finder; it is limited to only expanding the browser tool.
