Tenant Messages
Overview
PaTMa includes a tenant messaging system, meaning all correspondence with tenants can be organised within your PaTMa account.
Requirements
To use the tenant messaging system you will need the tenant to exist in your PaTMa account.
You must also have the tenant's email address stored.
Start a Conversation
From Tenant Management, scroll to the tenant you need to message, and click the speech bubble icon.
The Contact tab allows you to email the tenant directly from PaTMa.
View Individual Tenant Messages
When the tenant receives a message from you, they will be given a link to add their reply.
The replies from a tenant will show up in the same area of your PaTMa account, and you can reply to them the same way.
View All Tenant Messages
The Tenancy Management page also has a tab for all messages. Click it to view all conversations with all tenants.
