Set Plan Defaults
Overview
Deal Finder uses default values for some of the figures used in financial plans, such as mortgage rates and refurbishment costs.
You can adjust these defaults to better reflect your own financial circumstances, costs or agreements.
For example, if you plan to manage an HMO without using a letting agent, you could set the default agent fee to zero.
Once you've changed your defaults, they will be used when you create new financial plans.
Important: Changing your plan defaults does not change any financial plans you've already created.

2. Edit a Category
