Create a Prospect

To get the most out of Property Prospector, you'll need to add some prospects! These are the properties that you might be interested in, and adding them is easy.

There are two ways that one can create a property prospect.

Our free browser extension will automatically import all the data about a property into your Prospector account.

You'll need to have the extension installed (click here to do that), and be logged in to your PatMa account.

Next, find the property you are interested in on a supported website (eg Zoopla).

Now it's as simple as clicking the Save button in the browser extension.

A new browser tab will open and after a moment loading, PatMa will import all the data about the property into your account.

2. From Property Prospector

You can add a new prospect directly from Property Prospector by clicking Add New in the lefthand menu, or clicking here.

Add the link to the listing in the Source URL field, then click Fetch values, and PatMa will attempt to fill out the rest of the form for you. For anything PatMa fails to collect, you can either try fetching the values, or add the data manually.

You can add your own notes or labels, then click Create Prospect to store the data in your account.

Any properties found in the search tools within Property Prospector can be saved as a prospect.

Click on the property you're interested in, then click Save in the top right of the page.
