Set Plan Defaults

Overview

Property Prospector makes some assumptions about mortgage rates, refurbishment costs, and so on.

You can adjust the defaults to better suit your own financials and agreements if necessary.

For example, if you intend to manage an HMO with no agent, you might set the agent fee to zero.

The plan defaults are found in the Settings page, in the Plan tab.

Click Edit in the category you need to change, then Save Plan when you've made the changes.

Any numbers set as a plan default will be used in all new calculations. Existing financial plans are not changed.

You can restore the default values from the same page.

CLick Edit, then Revert to Defaults. Then click Save to store the reverted settings.
