Delete a Property
Overview
PaTMa gives you complete control over your data and so if you want to permanently delete a property, you can do so. However, it is almost always preferable to archive it.
Before Deleting
Deleting a property from your PaTMa account is permanent and removes everything associated with that property - tenancies, documents, rent payments, and so on. If you need to keep any of this data, you should archive the property, rathert than deleting it.
If you accidentally delete a property, it can be manually restored for a few days after deletion, but a fee may be incurred for this service.
Deleting a Property
From your Property Overview, select the property you need to delete, then click Edit.
At the end of the Update Property page there are buttons to Archive or Delete the property - choose Delete.
You will need to follow additional instructions shown on screen to finalise deletion. Add the confirmation text as prompted, then click Confirm deletion.
The property will be deleted upon confirming.
